From October 14 to 18, according to the internal audit arrangement of the companys headquarters in 2019, Zhejiang Branch of China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. accepted the internal audit of the company this year. The internal audit was led by Huang Shiyuan, general manager of the company, and Li Guohong, director of container inspection operation, served as the audit team leader.
At the first meeting, Shi Yang, general manager of Zhejiang Branch, reported to the internal audit team from eight aspects, including the decomposition and operation of annual performance targets, system implementation and operation management. The audit team conducts audits from the aspects of Zhejiang branch construction, financial management, comprehensive management, human resources, quality assurance management, party building, clean practice, and the operation of eight major business sectors.
During the internal audit, General Manager Huang Shiyuan and Chief Executive Gao Wenan visited the Hangzhou office of Zhejiang Branch to learn more about the Hangzhou office environment, staffing, operation status and development ideas, and listened carefully to the opinions and suggestions of the employees present.
After a five-day internal audit, the internal audit team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the business development and internal management of Zhejiang Branch. At the last meeting, the internal audit team reported the non-conformances and observations found in this audit, and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions. General Manager Huang Shiyuan fully affirmed the business development of Zhejiang Branch, and put forward the shortcomings in staffing and internal management. General Manager Huang Shiyuan emphasized that it is necessary to further strengthen personnel training, evaluation and activity monitoring, improve the internal management of the branch, clarify the market direction, and build a high-quality service team.
