In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinpings important speech on carbon peak and carbon neutrality at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Conference, fully implement the national energy conservation and emission reduction strategic plan, so that the companys management can better learn and understand the basic knowledge of carbon peak, carbon neutrality and the domestic and foreign situation, and understand the companys work practice in the green and low-carbon field as well as the new situations, new situations, new tasks and new requirements, the companys party committee held the third party committee theory center group study (expansion) meeting. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Huang Shiyuan, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the company. A total of 23 members of the theoretical center group of the Party committee, the operation management, the heads of various departments of the headquarters and the secretaries of various branches in Beijing participated in the study and discussion.

Comrade Shi Weiwei popularized the basic concepts of carbon peak and carbon neutrality for the participants. He explained the response to the situation at home and abroad, the national carbon trading market policy, the latest international policies, and Chinas responsibility and responsibility to deal with climate change. This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutrality from the aspects of adjusting industrial structure, optimizing energy structure, saving energy and improving energy efficiency, controlling greenhouse gas emissions from non-energy activities and increasing carbon sinks.

She explained in detail the relevant policies of Chinas carbon market and carbon emission trading, introduced the carbon peak target and carbon management experience of large energy enterprises, and shared the five core businesses carried out by our companys green and low-carbon business system.
Comrade Huang Shiyuan emphasized at the meeting that since the company launched its green and low-carbon business in May 2008, it has been committed to energy conservation and emission reduction in the green and low-carbon business field for 13 years. It must continue to seize new opportunities for low-carbon development and cultivate and expand the companys nine major businesses. The sector develops new momentum and provides systematic and all-round services for corporate customers in the field of low-carbon development consulting and audit services. As a greenhouse gas verification agency authorized by the Executive Committee of the clean development mechanism of the United Nations Environment Programme and the national development and Reform Commission, as well as an independent third-party verification agency, all colleagues in the company should strengthen their faith and forge ahead, so as to make due contributions to the overall situation of national economic development.

As a third-party organization with many years of experience in green and low-carbon business, we should provide a package of solutions for enterprises in various fields such as energy evaluation, CCER project approval and verification, energy management and training, etc, for customers to achieve carbon peak, carbon neutral "green innovation" "green growth" "green synergy" to provide a full range of technical services.
