On October 22, the first China (Chongqing) Guangyang Bay Green and Low-Carbon Development Summit with the theme of "" Carbon "on New Ecology," Wisdom "and New Development" was held in Chongqing. More than 150 guests from government departments and relevant international organizations, industry experts, scholars, academicians, and heads of relevant enterprises and institutions gathered in Chongqing to focus on green development, "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" hot topics, share green development experience and carry out summit dialogue. Huang Shiyuan, chairman of the company, was invited to attend the conference and issued a carbon neutral certificate to the organizing committee.
As one of the important activities of the 2021 Smart Expo, the first China (Chongqing) Guangyang Bay Green and Low-Carbon Development Summit is an innovative move for Chongqing to practice the concept of green development. It aims to explore ecological priority, green and low-carbon high-quality development. The way is to further play an exemplary role in promoting the green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and to achieve "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" as soon as possible. At the meeting, Mr. Xie Zhenhua, Chinas Special Envoy for Climate Change Affairs, Liu Qiong, Deputy Director of the Department of Resource Conservation and Environmental Protection of the National Development and Reform Commission, and other guests focused on hot topics such as green development, "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" and delivered keynote reports. Guest representatives from enterprises and financial institutions held a summit dialogue on the hot topic of "Green Finance Helps Green Transformation of Industry.
The conference was hosted by the China International Intelligent Industry Expo Organizing Committee, and co-organized by Chongqing Development and Reform Commission, Chongqing Science and Technology Bureau, Chongqing Ecological Environment Bureau and other departments and related enterprises. In the early stage, our company verified the greenhouse gas emissions generated by this conference, and evaluated the carbon neutral action of CQCER (Chongqing Certified Voluntary Emission Reduction) on the ecological value realization platform of Chongqing "Carbon Huitong" purchased by the organizing committee. At the meeting, Chairman Huang Shiyuan issued a carbon neutral certificate to the representative of the organizing committee.
During the meeting, Chairman Huang Shiyuan and relevant leaders of Chongqing Ecological Environment Bureau had in-depth exchanges on the theme of double carbon.
