Recently, China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC) successfully completed the quality management system, environmental management system, and occupational health and safety (QHSE) management of CNOOC (China) Co., Ltd. Tianjin Branch (hereinafter referred to as "CNOOC Tianjin Branch") System certification audit work, and issued a QHSE management system certification certificate for it.
Due to the high demand of the auditee, the wide scope of the audit work, the tight cycle and the many uncertainties. Before the project was launched, CCSC Tianjin Branch immediately transferred to the "on-the-spot" state, flexibly adjusted and continuously optimized from various aspects such as audit scheduling arrangement and personnel professional matching.
The audit will be implemented in July 2022, the second phase will be carried out in September, and the certificate will be issued on November 29. It will last for five months. CCSC will send 18 audit experts and 17 audit teams, totaling 489 person-times. The audit includes 15 departments and 6 operation companies. The audit sites include 8 offshore drilling platforms, 2 offshore FPSO and 1 onshore oil and gas processing terminal.
The audit team experienced the delay of audit caused by sea combat exercises and strong winds at sea. The audit team actively adjusted to the living and rest of the platform and the closed working environment. It did not complain about others and only completed the project audit work with high quality.
In this project, CCSC gave full play to the advantages of the service network layout throughout the country, and dispatched auditors from Shandong, Hebei, and Liaoning branches to fully support the project work, thus completing this QHSE management system certification service project with high quality and efficiency. Effectively help CNOOC Tianjin Branch to improve management and develop with high quality, and has won high recognition and praise from customer companies.
