On the morning of February 17, Nanchang Transportation Bureau organized a report meeting on the results of the 2022 rail transit service quality evaluation project in Nanchang.
Relevant leaders of Nanchang Transportation Bureau, Nanchang Rail Group, Nanchang China Railway Suicheng, China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC) Safety Business Department and Jiangxi Branch attended the meeting.
As the third-party evaluation organization of the rail transit service quality evaluation project of Nanchang City in 2022, our company set up a project team to carry out passenger satisfaction questionnaire survey, and organized rail operation industry experts from Beijing, Tianjin, Chengdu, Xian and other cities. Through data consultation, site survey, personnel inquiry, equipment test, simulation exercise and other methods, A comprehensive evaluation of the service support capacity of Nanchang rail transit lines 1, 2, 3 and 4 is carried out.
At the project results report meeting, Guo Rui, deputy operation director of the companys safety business, reported on the evaluation and implementation of Nanchang subway lines, operation units and line networks from three aspects: passenger satisfaction, service guarantee capability and key operation indicators, pointed out the problems and deficiencies, and put forward suggestions for improvement. Wu Bing, director of the companys safety business operations, put forward relevant opinions and suggestions from the aspects of subway safety operation and emergency management. Subsequently, the participants had full communication and exchange.
Xiong Baoliang, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of Nanchang Transportation Bureau, spoke highly of our companys serious and responsible work attitude and professional technical level on behalf of the competent department. He said that in view of the subway operation problems and deficiencies reflected in this evaluation, subway operation units should establish the concept of development, establish a firm bottom line thinking, consolidate the work style, seriously reflect, formulate and implement measures in a timely manner, control risks and eliminate hidden dangers.
