On September 1, the "the Peoples Republic of China Barrier-free Environment Construction Law" was officially implemented. As a special law for the construction of barrier free environment in China, this law provides a solid legal guarantee for the disabled and the elderly to participate in and integrate into social life equally, fully and conveniently, and to promote all social personnel to share the fruits of economic and social development. On the day of the implementation of the "Barrier-free Environment Construction Law", the China Disabled Volunteers Association and the National Barrier-free Environment Exhibition Hall Exhibition Committee jointly organized the "Start a New Journey of Barrier-free Rule of Law and Draw a New Picture of High-quality Development" and "I am the" Barrier-free Environment Construction Law "Promoter" law popularization campaign launch ceremony. Lu Shiming, member of the standing Committee of the National peoples Congress and vice chairman of the China disabled Persons Federation, Xu Yongmei, curator of the Beijing Planning Exhibition Hall, and Yao Yao, secretary general of the Alibaba Public Welfare Foundation, attended the event and delivered speeches.

- Beijing Daxing International Airport was officially put into operation on September 25, 2019, and is designed in accordance with the target of 72 million passenger throughput in 2025. As a comprehensive service demonstration unit for the disabled in Beijing, Huiai Building provides vocational rehabilitation, respite care, employment training, service incubation, exchange and display services for the disabled of all ages in the city. In August 2022, the China Disabled Persons Federation, the State Administration of Market Supervision and CCSC conducted an on-site survey of the barrier-free environment of Huiai Building, which provided basic data for the national promotion of the barrier-free environment system and the "Civil Building Barrier-free Facilities Evaluation Standards.
Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport will be completed in 2020 and put into operation in 2021. It is estimated that the passenger throughput will reach 35 million in 2025. In March 2023, the Airport Association, the preparation team of the "Civil Airport Barrier-free Environment Evaluation Standard" and CCSC conducted a field survey of Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport. It provides first-hand data for the preparation of civil airport industry-specific rules and industry-specific standards.
- In August 2022, the China Disabled Persons Federation, the "Civil Building Barrier-free Facilities Evaluation Standard" compilation team and CCSC conducted an on-site survey of the business outlets of China Construction Bank Beijing Fengtai Sub-branch. It provides valuable on-site inspection experience for the follow-up of barrier-free environment certification in the field of financial services.
On August 30, 2023, CCSC Hunan Branch participated in the "experiential" supervision and exchange meeting on barrier-free environment construction of the peoples Procuratorate of Kaifu District, Changsha City.
