On March 25, 2025, China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC) participated in the national key research and development program renewable energy and hydrogen energy technology key special project "large flexible blade pneumatic elastic design key technology" project, successfully passed the project acceptance.
The acceptance will be organized by the project leader United Power Technology Co., Ltd., from the National Natural Science Foundation of China High Technology Research and Development Center, the National Energy Group Science and Technology and Information Technology Department of the leadership, as well as industry experts, project participants in the scientific research personnel to participate in the meeting.
During the acceptance process, the review experts spoke highly of the work of CCSC and the project team. They believe that the research work of the subject has been solid and in-depth, and the results have been remarkable. It has not only successfully completed the preset goals of the subject, but also made innovative breakthroughs in many aspects.
As the main participant of the project, CCSC undertook part of the advanced manufacturing process and field verification research of the 100-meter super-large flexible blade in the project. In order to complete the research task of the project with high quality, CCSC has set up a professional team composed of senior industry experts. At the same time of technical theory research, CCSC has carried out a large number of field research and experimental verification. On the basis of fully understanding the current technical bottlenecks and actual needs of the wind power industry, domestic scientific research institutions and enterprise experts are widely invited to carry out discussions and reviews, and combined with advanced experience and technical achievements at home and abroad, finally successfully completed the task and output two landmark achievements-"ultra-long flexible blade design and evaluation guide" and "ultra-long flexible blade test and evaluation guide".
The smooth conclusion of the topic and the release of the two outcome documents not only mark my countrys major breakthroughs in the field of ultra-long flexible blade design and testing and evaluation, filling the domestic gap, but also my countrys wind power industrys technological innovation and industrial upgrading. Strong support, and will promote my countrys wind power industry to a broader development space, for the wind power industry high-quality sustainable development to inject strong power.
