From October 21 to 24, the 2019 Beijing International Wind Energy Conference and Exhibition was held in Beijing. During the meeting on October 22, China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC) and Guodian United Power Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guodian United Power") jointly held the "Joint Power Wind Turbine Certification and Technical Evaluation Certification Ceremony". CCSC Party Secretary Li Yuejin, Deputy General Manager Huang Xueliang, Deputy General Manager Kong Qingcai and other leaders attended the awarding ceremony. Under the joint witness of the representatives of all parties, Secretary Li Yuejin issued the advanced load control technology evaluation certificate, as well as the UP3200-141 wind turbine type certification certificate, the UP3400-156 wind turbine design evaluation certificate, and the UP4500-156 wind turbine design evaluation certificate to United Power.
So far, the two sides have good cooperation in product certification, system certification, supply chain management and control, technical services, failure analysis, quality control training and on-site supervision. CCSC has completed the design evaluation and type certification of Guodian United Power 1.5MW, 2MW, 3MW, 4MW and other series of models, covering almost all unit models of United Power.
In combination with its own product research and development experience for many years, Guodian United Power has independently innovated and developed a series of advanced load control technologies for wind turbines, reducing the mechanical load of key components by 5-25%, solving the mechanical load control problems brought by large impeller and high tower wind turbines, realizing the quality equalization and lightweight design of structural components such as blades, transmission chains and towers, and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of wind turbines. The "Advanced Load Control Technology Evaluation Certificate" issued this time is an affirmation of this technology. CCSC will continue to uphold the mission of "delivering trust service development" and continue to innovate and actively explore in the field of wind power.
