In October 2019, Zhejiang Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd. commissioned China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC) Zhejiang Branch to evaluate the first-level safety production standardization of road maintenance enterprises. This standard evaluation is mainly aimed at its three subordinate enterprises, namely Zhejiang Shunchang High-grade Highway Maintenance Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Jiaotong High-grade Highway Maintenance Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd.
In order to successfully benchmark the "Basic Specifications for Safety Production Standardization Construction in Transportation Enterprises" (JT/T1180.1-2018, JT/T 1180.21-2018) issued by the Ministry of Communications, from October 29 to November 4, a project evaluation team composed of Dr. Guo Rui of CCSC Safety Business Department, external expert Yuan Zhiguang and safety business evaluators of Zhejiang Branch carried out a pre-evaluation of the first-level safety production standardization of highway maintenance enterprises on behalf of the headquarters and project departments of the above three companies.
The review team conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions with enterprises around the general parts, professional parts, necessary items and restricted deduction items in the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Safety Production Standardization Evaluation of Highway Maintenance Enterprises", and put forward improvement suggestions for the current stage of enterprise standardization construction, laying a good foundation for the later formal evaluation work.
