On September 17, at the sub-forum, Huang Rongfeng, general manager of Hebei Branch, made a keynote speech as a representative of outstanding institutions. General Manager Huang Rongfeng said that under the leadership of the CNCA, our company, as the lead unit of the project, has carefully planned and established a working mechanism in which the company headquarters coordinates resources and 32 branches actively respond. Among them, Hebei Branch has set up a core working group with the general manager of the branch planning, the business director controlling the key nodes, and the technical expert team implementing the specific implementation. Since the beginning of this year, Hebei Branch has successively held 6 special trainings for the certification and improvement of the quality management system of small and micro enterprises for the Provincial Bureau, Shijiazhuang City, Hengshui City, Cangzhou City and other cities, and trained more than 230 enterprises, which has strongly promoted the development of this action in the whole province.
General Manager Huang Rongfeng took Hebei Boer Net Industry Co., Ltd., which was led by Hebei Branch, as an example to share the experience and results of the enterprises quality improvement action with the leaders and guests attending the meeting. Through quality improvement actions, the company clarified the process flow, identified key processes and strictly controlled them, and improved relevant rules and regulations. In the end, the qualified rate of one-time inspection of a product of the enterprise increased by 6%, and the economic benefit increased by 290000 yuan during the improvement period.
