12月15日，华能集团燃料有限公司组织召开专家评审会，专题审议“华能集团港航企业安全生产审核管理模式研究项目”实施情况及成果报告。
该项目由龙之辉公司承担，通过为华能集团港航企业开展安全审核知识培训，以打造其隐患排查治理专业队伍，提升港航监管专业能力。龙之辉公司对华能集团4家港口企业、2家航运企业以及3艘船舶（其中1艘外贸船、2艘内贸船）开展全面安全审核，评审港航企业安全环保工作的合规性，查找运营管理过程中存在问题，并提出改进措施建议。

中国华能集团燃料公司副总经理史小兵指出，该项目是燃料公司首次在安全生产领域实施的一次管理创新尝试，实现了对港航企业的全面把脉诊断，项目成效显著，希望双方以此为契机，继续加强战略合作，借助龙之辉公司的专业优势，打造行业管理标杆，开创中国华能集团港航安全管理的新局面。
