Recently, China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC) has been recognized by the International Sustainable Development and Carbon Certification (ISCC,International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) Committee and has become the third-party organization of ISCC International Sustainable Development and Carbon Certification.
As the first certification standard to meet the EUs Renewable Energy Directive (2009/28/EC RED), ISCC certification has been recognized by all 27 member states of the European Commission. Since its implementation in 2010, ISCC certification has rapidly developed into a globally applicable certification system for sustainable development. The ISCC certification system promotes the implementation of environmentally, socially and economically sustainable production and use of all types of biomass in the global supply chain, and its sustainability principles aim to implement the highest sustainability requirements.
