From February 24 to 25, the inspection business department of Dalian branch conducted a remote network video witness on the hydraulic test of the receiving and sending barrel and filter equipment produced by Shenyang xinlian petrochemical equipment co., ltd. According to the planning and arrangement, multi-point cameras are used for shooting on site. One camera is fixed to shoot the pressure gauge for the inspector to observe the real-time change of the test pressure and capture the screen to keep the record. The other camera is used by the inspector to instruct the on-site personnel to patrol and shoot the pressure-bearing weld and flange sealing surface of the inspected equipment through voice for the inspector to visually inspect the appearance quality of the weld and leakage of the sealing surface. The inspector carefully inspected the positions in question during the shooting process, and finally the test was successfully completed. The inspector confirmed that the test process and results met the requirements of the design documents and relevant standards and specifications, and timely fed back the inspection results to the entrusting party.
