Recently, the National Small and Micro Enterprise Quality Certification Promotion Action Symposium was held in Wuhan, Hubei Province. The purpose of the meeting is to implement the spirit of the national certification, accreditation, inspection and testing work conference, summarize the positive results of quality certification in stimulating the endogenous motivation and innovation vitality of small and micro enterprises during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and promote the quality linkage of the industrial chain and supply chain. Since the launch of the quality improvement action for small and micro enterprises in 2019, under the strong promotion and careful guidance of the State Administration of Market Supervision, CCSC has deeply participated in relevant work, assisting the General Administration and local regulatory authorities in training 1614 enterprises and 6540 person-times, investing thousands of experts, and covering 26 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), providing "one enterprise, one policy" precise assistance to 1078 small and micro enterprises, for enterprises with operating difficulties, the cost reduction exceeds 2.426 million yuan. For four consecutive years, he took the lead in compiling and publishing the "Implementation Guide and Excellent Cases for Improving Quality Management of Small and Micro Enterprises Application ISO9001", which has become an important reference for many small and micro enterprises to upgrade their management.
CCSC always adheres to the concept of "one enterprise, one policy", does not engage in "standardized packages", closely follows the pain points of enterprises, adopts the "phased resource-based actual combat" assistance mode, "accompanying" assistance to help enterprises grow, and actively promotes industrial chain cooperation, highlighting the supporting value of certification and technical services.
The 2026 National Conference on Certification, Accreditation, Inspection and Testing clearly stated that it is necessary to continuously deepen the promotion action, sort out the common quality problems of regional industries, and carry out hierarchical classification to help play the role of pilot radiation.
