On September 4, 2026, Huaguang New Energy Project Exchange Meeting was held in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province. Representatives from China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC), Hong Kong Huaguang Natural Power Co., Ltd., Huzhou Wuxing Transportation and Tourism Investment Development Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Ruigang Green Energy Shipping Co., Ltd. attended the meeting.
The purpose of the exchange meeting was to accelerate the implementation of the project and to discuss the project plan technically. In-depth communication was conducted on issues such as the electrification of inland ships, the construction of charging and swapping facilities, standard certification, and independent and impartial inspection of third parties, and a consensus was reached on a series of promotion measures.
Fu Zhishen, deputy general manager of our company, said that CCSC has the technology, ability and confidence to provide Huaguang with various support and guarantee for the shore-based support business of domestic electric ships. The meeting clearly will establish a normal docking mechanism to promote the rapid landing of the project. The meeting laid a good foundation for follow-up cooperation and helped to integrate technologies to help the low-carbon transformation of inland waterway. During the meeting, Huzhou Wuxing traffic travel group chief Engineer wu Jian introduced the current situation of Huzhou port and shipping development and the cooperation framework of Huaguang project. Wang Fang, technical director of Hong Kong Huaguang Natural Power Co., Ltd., introduced Huaguangs investment strategy in the shore-based support business of electric ships, as well as the overall plan for investment cooperation between Zhejiang and Jiangsu that has been carried out. About CCSC new Energy Business Development, our new energy technology development center chief engineer Xiang Yong, this paper focuses on the service capabilities of scientific research and standard research, green and low carbon, safety assessment, inspection and testing in the process of battery-powered ship charging and swapping.
Through the exchange, the participants expressed deep confidence and agreed that under the guidance of Chinas "double carbon" strategy and under the background of the construction of green shipping demonstration zone in the Yangtze River Delta, Huaguang project will achieve good development.
