On the afternoon of October 14, the compliance training of liquor production enterprises in Zunyi City and the launching meeting of Daqu Maotai flavor liquor certification in Zunyi production area were held in Zunyi Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. The meeting carried out special training on standard measurement certification and compliance management of liquor production enterprises, and held a ceremony for the authorization of year liquor certification standards-Zunyi Liquor Industry Association officially authorized CCSC to carry out the certification of Daqu Maotai-flavor year liquor in Zunyi production area. At the meeting, CCSC introduced the "Special Rules for the Implementation of Year Liquor Product Certification", which systematically interpreted the certification basis, implementation process, technical requirements and other aspects to provide clear guidelines for liquor enterprises to carry out year liquor certification.
Wang Zhangfu, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Zunyi City Market Supervision Administration, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, making arrangements for the certification of vintage liquor and promoting the high-quality development of the liquor industry.
On the morning of October 15, led by the general party branch of CCSC southwest regional division and the party Committee of Guizhou dongjiu co., ltd. and jointly with the second party branch of Zunyi municipal market supervision and administration bureau, the first party branch of Zunyi municipal industry and science and technology bureau, the first party branch of Zunyi municipal product quality inspection and testing institute, and the party branch of Zunyi municipal quality brand construction promotion association, Guizhou dongjiu co, representatives of party members and business backbones of the six parties participated.
During the event, the co-construction units had in-depth exchanges around market supervision, quality inspection, industry development, policy interpretation, etc., to gather a consensus on guarding the bottom line of liquor quality and safety and polishing regional liquor brands.
After the discussion, all the staff visited the Dong Liquor Production Workshop and the Wine Culture Corridor on the spot, watched the traditional brewing techniques of Dong-flavor liquor closely, and realized the ingenuity of adhering to the quality in the immersion study.
