From April 21 to 24, the Technology (Training) Center jointly held the first container repair safety training course for Shenyang Railway Bureau and China Railway Container Company in Dalian, Liaoning Province. This training innovates the mode on the basis of organizing the operators of box repair units to participate in the training, and jointly organizes the class with the local road bureau for the first time. The freight department of Shenyang Bureau Group Company and all four logistics centers sent staff to participate, and the total staff trained more than 110 people, a record high.
The training course closely follows the theme of safety, based on the actual business of box repair, and constructs a trinity teaching system of "theoretical teaching, practical operation, observation, discussion and exchange. A number of industry experts were specially invited to give systematic lectures around the core contents of container safety system construction, typical case analysis of container repair, freight yard safety management and container operation management, so as to comprehensively strengthen the safety red line awareness of trainees.
During the training, all the trainees went deep into the operation site of Jinqiao box repair site in batches to carry out on-the-spot observation. Combined with the actual working conditions of the container to be repaired, the structural damage of the box body and the judgment standard of the buckle repair are mainly explained, and the on-site answer is conducted for the daily buckle repair questions of the station. Through practical teaching, the cooperation blocking point between China Railway Group and Shenyang Bureau in the box repair business has been effectively opened up, laying a solid foundation for standardizing the deduction repair process, improving the coordination efficiency and realizing the organic connection of business.
