On July 31, China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC) held a special work meeting on operation in the first half of 2026. Jiang Yafeng, vice president of China Classification Society (CCS), attended the meeting and made a guiding speech. Company leaders, heads of headquarters departments, regional divisions and professional centers attended the meeting. The meeting comprehensively resumed the operating performance in the first half of the year, deeply analyzed the existing problems, systematically deployed the key tasks in the second half of the year, and comprehensively promoted the implementation of the "15th Five-Year Plan.
The meeting listened to the business and sales system construction special report, around the revenue transformation, market development, talent cultivation, compliance wind control, cross-business collaboration and other key exchange ideas, unified the year-round sprint to tackle the consensus.
The meeting pointed out that, combined with the profound changes in current industry policies and customer needs, and in contrast to the overall requirements of the companys high-quality development, it is necessary to target the five dimensions of business development, operation management, cultural construction, production safety, and discipline.
CCSC Chairman Tian Wei made a concluding speech. He fully affirmed the effectiveness of this meeting, believing that the report has clear objectives, thorough analysis of problems, and practical guidance on development strategies, so as to achieve the meeting objectives of resuming trading and unified action. Key arrangements have been made for the core work in the second half of the year. First, the construction of regional divisions has entered a new stage of output effectiveness. All-round development results should be achieved in six aspects: breaking through the development bottleneck of small and medium-sized divisions, efficient coordination of global business, reasonable coordination of business coordination, personnel capacity building, professional efficiency of sales system and significant improvement of technical consistency. The second is to focus on government relations, external organizations and chain-based enterprises to achieve the transformation of sales and marketing work from project-oriented to channel construction-oriented. The third is to thoroughly understand the "15th Five-Year Plan" special plan, concentrate resources to tackle six special plans, plan to break through the bottleneck of system business development, systematically promote the construction of brand culture, and implement the "six services". Vice President Jiang Yafeng fully affirmed that the meeting was pragmatic and truth-seeking, all cadres had high spirits and a strong atmosphere of endeavor. In combination with the overall deployment of China Classification Society, he put forward work requirements around four dimensions: first, systematically planned to land in the "15th Five-Year Plan", closely linked to the strategy of a powerful transportation country, and coordinated the layout of traditional, emerging and cutting-edge businesses; Relying on internal and external scientific research resources to strengthen innovation and digital base. Second, rely on reform and innovation to promote high-quality development, based on the main industry to create differentiated competitive advantages, deepen internal reform to activate endogenous power, co-ordinate development and safety to build a solid bottom line of operation, accelerate the transformation of digital intelligence to cultivate new quality momentum, and simultaneously achieve business quality, reasonable scale growth. The third is to firmly practice the correct concept of performance of state-owned enterprises, dialectically grasp the four-fold relationship between performance and potential performance, speed and efficiency, enterprise development and employee growth, and hard work and rules. The fourth is to shoulder the three missions of state-owned enterprises, compact political responsibilities, deeply integrate business with party building, strengthen economic responsibilities, steadily improve revenue and the ability to maintain and increase the value of state-owned assets, and at the same time fulfill the social responsibility of the industry, play the function of certification and testing standards, and consolidate the support of national quality infrastructure.
