On July 4, China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC) received a formal notice from VERRA, the competent authority of VCS mechanism. CCSC, as a designated operating entity (CDM DOE) recognized by the Executive Board of Clean Development Mechanism (UNFCCC-EB-CDM) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, has obtained the extension approval of the qualification of VCS certification and verification agency and can continue to provide customers with third-party certification and verification services for VCS projects within the scope recognized by VERRA.
