Including Q/SY 1002.1-2013 Health, Safety and Environment Management System Part 1: Specifications formulated by CNPC and HSE Management System Manual formulated by SINOPEC.

HSE management system is based on risk thinking, through risk identification and evaluation, to determine possible hazard factors, environmental factors and consequences, and take effective prevention and protection measures to eliminate and minimize the health, safety and environmental risks that may occur in the production process of oil and gas and petrochemical industry, to protect personal safety and ecological environment, and to achieve health, safety and environmental goals, and continuously improve their performance.
