Traceability participants should establish an information recording system to record detailed information about the links in the food supply chain to ensure that all links of food from raw material procurement to sales can be effectively traced. Information records shall be managed by a special person. Traceability participants shall establish a management system for information recording documents, conduct limited management of documents, and ensure that all documents used in relevant places are valid versions. The retrospective participant shall regularly update the information record file.
The information record may be in electronic or paper form and can be presented when necessary. Traceability participants can use one-dimensional codes, two-dimensional codes, RFID, etc. as carriers of information records.
